PINOT NERO ROCCOLO FLEUR
Colli Trevigiani IGT

Brilliant ruby red. On the nose, this is Pinot Nero at its most expressive with great purity and fruit definition. On the palate, vivid acidity and silky tannins frame a structure that is at once refined and powerful, elegant yet full and rich.
Food Pairing: Palmate game birds and well-aged, full-fat cheeses.
A note of interest: Pinot Nero has been cultivated at Serafini & Vidotto since the early 1990s, when Francesco and Antonello identified the finest plots on the Montello hillside best suited to this variety. Today, Serafini & Vidotto's Pinot Nero is recognised and appreciated in wine markets across the world. With Roccolo Fleur, over thirty years of research and dedication find their fullest expression.
