In the glass there is the expression of a straw-colored brilliant yellow with fine and persistent perlage - the head is creamy.
The aroma is manifold but dominated by mature yellow apple, melon and pear. The second moment shows acacia-blommons that come along with a slight note of yeast.
The first impression in the mouth is fresh, very fruity and tasty and later one can perceive a great softness that makes this wine so pleasant to the taste. The finish is round, very fruity and persistent.

This Prosecco is an excellent appetizer which can also be combined with sea food, crab meat and steamed shellfish.
